@aliceliveing 's Everyday fitness book is great if you want to start training but don't know where to begin with. 📍 She shows us that exercise shouldn't be complicated and shares her knowledge on planning workout programs, fueling your body and highlights the importance of recovery as well. 📍 Of course, you will also find exercice ideas broken down into home workouts, HIIT workouts and weight training workouts.
