A few months ago, I was contacted by Esthética pure nature – a new French organic skincare brand – to try a product from their range. I decided to test their rich body cream which won a Cosmebio award last year in the sustainable sector category.
Esthética pure nature is very much in line with current expectations regarding the green beauty industry: ingredients are carefully chosen and ethically produced, formulas are streamlined and products are made in France and certified organic.
They offer a small range of Ecocert certified skincare and bodycare products, three of them being dedicated to the body. The rich cream sits in the middle of the bodycare line with its nourishing cream texture.
The rich body cream contains aloe vera, glycerin and coconut oil along with sacha inchi oil, the hero ingredient. Rich in antioxidants, this oil is particularly great for moisturizing, nourishing and regenerating the skin (you can find it in most of their products).
It has a fresh almond scent (not my favorite fragrance but I like that it isn’t overpowering) and a thick cream texture. You only need a small amount to moisturize your skin and used this way it absorbs quickly (when I apply too much, I find that I need to massage it a bit longer for it to penetrate the skin). I like that it hydrates the skin without being greasy.
It’s a very effective body moisturizer that I enjoy using!
