
A bit of sweetness with this rice flour cookies recipe!
Ingredients
- 125g Softened butter
- 90g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 125 rice flour
- 100g toasted almonds
- 100g chocolate chips
–> Whip the softened butter with the sugar.
–> Add the egg and mix some more.
–> Add the rice flour and mix everything with a spatula.
–> Add the almonds and chocolate chips and keep mixing.
–> With a spoon, scoop the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make small piles and flatten them out.
–> Place in oven at 180°C (Th 4) for around 12 minutes.
–> Let cool completely before handling the cookies (if not, they’ll crumble).
